CLASSES FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS

Our group classes are designed to work for people of any fitness levels. All of our workouts are individualized to fit your abilities.  No matter what your fitness level is we have something for you. You will face a new challenge everyday which will allow you to constantly make progress.

floFIT

Is a Functional Intensity Training based program. It combines High Intensity Interval Training, Weight Lifting, Cardio, Plyometrics, Suspension and Body Weight Training.

There is no other exercise program that has as much diversity in its variables. Each workout is individualized. You will be challenged differently daily and work to your fullest potential.

floLIFT

Is a Strength & Conditioning based program. Athletes will run through a warm up, technique drills, weightlifting & cardio. Weightlifting is necessary to improve overall strength & decrease body fat. Weights will all be adjusted to your current abilities.

floFLEX

This is a program designed to aid your recovery and increase your range of motion. Class involves restorative stretching & foam rolling, which will release muscle tension and promote overall flexibility. Not only will stretching and foam rolling help your mobility it will also help recovery and decrease the risk of injury. Our coaches will modify movements to cater to your current flexibility level. The more flexible you are the easier it will be for you to move in our other classes along with your normal daily activities. All levels are welcome.

Personal Training

One on One or Two on One sessions that will give you direct attention. Coaches will personalize a program to adhere to your specific fitness goals. 30 and 60 Minute sessions are offered.

Open Gym

A time period where you can go into the gym to do your own workout, or a workout from the past that you may have missed, or even do practice work on skills that you experience within the weekly program (T2B, Pull Ups, Double Unders.)

Questions and Answers

Yes, we offer a free trial class to anyone who wants to try Flo Fitness for the first time. Simply complete the Free Trial class form and book a time to come in for your first class. After you have attended your free class, we can get you started with one of our start up packages.
Yes!  Please visit our Drop In page to see our current single class and class pass pricing. Once you’ve purchased classes, reserve a spot in a class. If you have any questions please reach out via email or phone. 
Yes we offer 10% for any service members and/or students.
Yes, we allow you to hold you membership up to 30 days. This can be accumulative or all at once. This is 30 days max per year.

If you need a hold due to an injury please speak to one of your coaches directly.

Your membership will be deducted on the same day each month. Payments will be set to auto bill from your account. If you would like to set up an alternative payment schedule, please have a chat to us.
A 30 day notice is required for any cancellations. Any bills due within the 30 days will be charged.
